Diane loves to help her clients plan their dream vacations. Her expertise is to help clients understand their options for travel to Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Adventures by Disney, and cruising. She has been fortunate to travel to these destinations to guide her clients with her knowledge of these destinations. 

She has been a travel consultant since 1990, and she enjoys traveling and interacting with clients.

Pam Bebber

Senior Travel Consultant

Pam has been a full-time agent at Alexander Travel since 1995, beginning her career in travel in St. Charles Illinois in 1976. After all these years in travel, Pam finds that personal connection with her clients is what she most enjoys about her position. Spending time with her clients, getting to know them and finding the travel options that match their personalities and interests makes her truly love her career.

She has traveled extensively within the United States and Internationally and uses her personal experience to help her clients find the best travel experience. Pam specializes in Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Europe as well as Mexico and the Caribbean.

Candy Reynolds, CTC

Senior Travel Consultant

Traveling opportunities have allowed Candy to experience so many cultures, having traveled to Australia/New Zealand, Italy, Germany, England, Ireland, Japan, Spain, Israel, Portugal, Switzerland, and cruising Russia's Volga River. Other cruises she recommends with various cruise lines: sailing the New England Coast, Alaska’s Inside Passage, and many islands of the Caribbean, exploring several destinations without packing and unpacking. Destination stays to all 4 Hawaiian Islands, Turks/Caicos, Puerto Vallarta, St. Thomas, and St. Lucia provide learning about relaxation in a new way. 

It has been a journey for Candy since enrolling in 1975 in Midstate Colleges Travel and Tourism Career Program. At the Institute of Certified Travel Counselors she completed the 2-year program in 1985. In February of 2024 she will enter her 48th year in the travel Industry in the Peoria area. She looks forward to working with clients preparing their memorable journeys to the destination they which to explore sharing the valuable knowledge she has learned with each journey. Hans Christian Andersen said it well, “To roam the roads of lands remote, to travel is to live.”

Kathy Allen

Government Manager

Kathy started her travel agent career because of her love of history. She finds it wonderful to help people travel and learn about different places and cultures of the world. She also loves our country and because of that she is the manager of our government department.

Karla Pratt

As a travel agent, Karla provides personalized travel planning for individuals, families and groups. Karla grows her business with referrals from her clients, which she believes is a sign of their satisfaction and confidence in her services. 

She has been in the travel industry since 1985, worked at a travel agency, then went to work for Qantas Airways for 14 years. She went to the Wilma Boyd Travel School in Pittsburgh, PA.

Diane Klimstra, CTC

Diane began her travel career in 1980 after graduating from Iowa Wesleyan College. She spent many years in Des Moines, Iowa, managing a corporate reservation center before moving to the Peoria area. A Kenyan Safari tops her favorite vacation list, and a cruise through the Panama Canal is high on her bucket list. Diane is a Certified Travel Counselor and Master Cruise Counselor. She looks forward to helping you plan your dream vacation.

Shelley Wilson, CTC

Shelley has worked in the travel industry since 1984 and loves helping clients fulfill their vacation dreams. She has traveled extensively throughout the world, including East Africa, China and Japan. Australia/New Zealand and the South Pacific are still on her bucket list. Shelley's favorite vacation spots remain the Greek Islands although she is always very happy to go on a cruise! Having sailed on over 120 cruises – Mediterranean, Baltic, Transatlantic, South America, Caribbean, Canada/New England, Alaska, Mexican Riviera and river cruises, her favorite cruise line is the very small, intimate Sea Dream Yacht Club. Shelley served on the Disney's EarMarked Travel Advisory Council, a group of 20 travel agency owners and managers appointed by Disney leadership to serve as a sounding board for Disney's Travel Agency Sales and Travel Industry Marketing teams in 2015.

Diana Holzgrafe, CTC

Diana is an outside travel consultant specializing in leisure travel. Diana has traveled extensively throughout the United States, with her favorite domestic destinations being Hawaii and Alaska. She has also traveled extensively throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. She has extensive knowledge in the cruise industry including the Caribbean, Alaska, and both Ocean and River European cruising.

Diana has been in various aspects of the travel business since 1968.

She graduated from Atlantic Airline School in Kansas City, MO and attended the University of Maryland. She was one of the first travel agents in Peoria to receive the Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) certification.

Karen Vespa

Karen specializes in Croatia, Ireland, Europe and Hawaii as well as the Caribbean and Mexico. Her specializations are the Caribbean and Mexico with all resort types, however, she has even more depth of knowledge in all-inclusive resorts. She has traveled extensively to her specialized destinations and loves to book warm weather beach destinations.

Karen worked for Ozark Airlines prior to joining Alexander in 1985.

Karen started in the travel industry in 1972 and would love to use her years of experience and her expertise to help you plan your dream vacation.

Joyce Steinbach

Joyce has planned, customized, and escorted group tours for such diverse clients as WEEK-TV, WTVP-TV, Lakeview Museum, several church organizations, a camera club, State Farm Insurance, the Peoria Symphony, a bank, and an international seed company. She began in 1972, and while working in the industry, she has been to 107 countries and resided in Switzerland for 6 ½ years.
